Abelist and snobby. I really debated writing this review or not, but people need to know and the staff need to be held accountable for their behavior. The 2 stars are only because their Dr is great, but the front staff are terrible. Their office is not accessible at all with things in the way everywhere, making it very difficult for anyone with a mobility aid to get around. Their location has a terribly potent scent infuser that is very bad for anyone with breathing problems or scent sensitivities. The staff looked at me like I was gum under their shoe whenever I came in and said again and again more things to pay for after I specifically said I could ONLY afford what insurance would cover. They did not want to respect that at all. They rushed me around even though I walk with a cane and have difficulty moving quickly. The last appointment I had and will ever go to, they were incredibly disrespectful of my time and never told me to bring my contacts with me. So I went all the way there, with great physical difficulty, to an appointment only to have wasted my time completely because of their staff's negligence. If you are disabled and don't have their kind of look or money then don't bother going.

Eyetique Squirrel Hill is a clean, stylish location (even the lighting is ideal). The staff helped me chose glasses that were suitable for my eyecare needs as well as style preference. They provided me with all the information I needed about my warranty, refitting, and additional purchase for contacts. Dr. Jenkins was highly efficient and thorough in her exam. I look forward to returning to Eyetique.

A complete and utter joke. I ordered glasses on February 16th for a total of over $800 and was told they would be there in 2 weeks or less. After 2 MONTHS of being fed excuse after excuse (lenses failed final inspection, frames were misplaced, frames were actually faulty and had to be entirely replaced, etc) I finally received a call today that they were ready to be picked up. Arrived and was handed my new glasses which, after a quick inspection, were a completely different set of frames than the ones I ordered (I picked a pair of round gold frames, the ones I got were silver and rectangle). At this point, I just wanted a refund. But, I was not refunded the full amount, only $773. As a graduating senior, all I wanted was a new pair of glasses in time for graduation (April 30th). I figured ordering halfway through February would provide adequate time but I was completely wrong. Do not waste your time or money. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Do not bother with this sham of a company.
